Is there something that’s blocking you from living in full alignment with your true self?
Do you have a sense that there is more inside of you that wants to be expressed?
Do you want to feel wildly self-expressed, fulfilled, and deeply aligned with your heart’s truth?
Do you have a desire to access your creativity more easefully and joyfully?
Would you like to be more connected to your body’s wisdom, and cultivate your ability to use your body, including physical challenges and ailments, as doorways to creativity and healing?
Do you work with others – youth or adults – who would benefit from arts methods that actively engage, challenge and inspire their hearts, bodies and minds?
Do you have a desire to learn powerful embodied arts approaches to enhance the work you do with individuals or groups?
If you answered “YES” to any of the above sessions, I would love to talk with you about the possibility of working together. To set up a free 30 minute phone consultation, call: 510-841-0888 or 415-306-1079
PSYCHOTHERAPY/COACHING SESSIONS with YOUTH & ADULTS
Offices in Marin and Alameda Counties
I am an actress, theater director, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT# 43996), Registered Drama Therapist and Yoga Instructor who uses mindfulness-based expressive arts therapy, drama therapy and somatic psychotherapy practices to heal, transform and empower ourselves individually and collectively. I work with adults, children, teens and youth with special needs. By encouraging deep listening to the body through somatic practices, and to the soul through the arts and other modalities, I help each client I work with to be fully self-expressed, joyful and aligned with their deepest selves. In connecting to and celebrating the creative process in each individual, space is created in which they can thrive in their full aliveness and well-being. If you are interested in private work, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, or view the “Psychotherapy” pages on this website for more information.
Suraya compassionately and skillfully helped me to see so many opportunities in an area of my life in which I had been feeling stuck. I left our session feeling creative, invigorated, and full of potential. She also gave me valuable tools that I will use again and again to help me evaluate my options and find the ones most aligned with my passions, values, and talents. Thank you!
