My intention as a supervisor is to support each individual in furher uncovering and discovering their uniqueness as a healer, and as an artist healer. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #43996) and Clinical Supervisor, I love supporting new psychotherapists in their journey towards discovering and cultivating their unique gifts, skills and approaches to healing work. My own approach to therapy is an eclectic mix of mindfulness-based and body-based practices integrated with Expressive Arts and Drama Therapy that I weave together to support and deepen the individuals and groups I serve as needed. In supervising others, my approach is to assist you in finding your own authentic style while offering tools, suggestions and guidance to support your unfolding as a healer.
