Soul Story Theater Performance Playshop in San Rafael, CA and Online
SPRING 2024
In this solo performance coaching and playshop program, you will:
- Uncover a story that your soul is longing to share
- Connect passionately and playfully to your inner muse and soul wisdom
- Devise, rehearse and perform a 10-20 minute solo performance inspired by your life experiences
- Harness skills of vocal and physical expressiveness
- Recognize and bring forth the gifts, lessons and soul growth catalyzed by challenging life experiences.
- Turn anxiety, fear and other shadow aspects of the self into catalysts for transformation
Dates: March 10, 2024 - May 18, 2024

Location: A Theater (location revealed upon registration) in San Rafael, CA and on zoom
*This program is a combination of individual performance coaching along with two group playshops. Our work will culminate in a final performance during which everyone in the group shares their performance piece.
Your investment includes:
- 8 Individual (private one to one) hour long online solo performance coaching sessions with Suraya where we will clarify your vision, dig into your story, and devise a script for your performance.
- 2 Solo Performance Group Playshops (in-person with our group) March 10 & April 21, 2-6pm in which you will get to workshop your solo show live in the support of a loving group of co-performers.
- Dress rehearsal in-person at the the theater May 18, 1-3:30pm
- Performance at the theater for invited guests Saturday May 18, 4-6pm
